Team subscription terms
Service
ExtGuard is a security review aid, not antivirus, a sandbox, or a guarantee that an extension is safe. Customers remain responsible for security decisions and incident response.
Billing
Team subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe based on the selected seat quantity. Taxes may be added where required. Billing changes and cancellation are handled through the Stripe customer portal.
Licenses
A Team license may be activated only up to its paid seat limit. License keys must not be shared publicly, resold, or used to bypass seat limits. The free tier remains available separately.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack the platform, upload unlawful data, probe other customers, or interfere with service availability. Access may be limited when necessary to protect users or the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for Team during the three months before the event giving rise to a claim. Local law may provide rights that these terms cannot limit.
